Hi Nathanieltolbert, I'm still interested as declared in my post in dec 24th.
I tought the thred was dead so I did not check on a daily basis.

I think I need a moderator ruling on this one. Originally there was no response fom Cubelindo regarding the software he was interested in. In his defence I did not realize he had posted and as such he thought the thread dead. Now Hebbe has shown interest in a few of the same games. Who has priority? I know that any way i do this someone is going to be unhappy, but I want to be as fair as possible in this situation. Any assistance would be appreciated.

To be fair I would say cubelindo does he did declare interest first just shoot him a PM see if he's still interested if not move on to hebbe..

:coffee:

Declaring interest in
Below the Root - $1 (Box ONly)
Death in the Caribbean - $5

Hello Trip6! Both of those games are currently reserved for Cubelindo as he has first priority for them. I am currently in the process of some remodeling work on my home and as such I am running later than I hope to. If the deal falls through for any reason with Cubelindo, Hebbe has second priority on Death in the Caribbean. I haven't heard anything from him recently so if that falls through then you are third in line.

I also declare interest in Spell of Destruction and Skyfox II, in case they could fit in the same shipment as the games I previously declared interest in.

Sorry for the delay. I've sent you a PM about the extra games Cubelindo. Please let me know what you think. Just to let everyone know, I'm in the middle of trying to finish a room in the basement. As such most old computer equipment and software is packed away. I pulled all of the C64 games out of the storage crate (bright orange plastic box with a lid :) ) and brought them upstairs. Since I'm doing this by myself, and I have never done it before, the going is very very slow. As such, even if I don't immediately respond to questions I am still alive and I will respond. For some reason I don't get an e-mail notification on this thread when someone posts. I do get e-mail notifications of PM's though, so if you need as quick a response as possible, please PM me, as I will see it much sooner than otherwise. Hopefully I will actually be getting some help moving forward so I can finish the rough in on the walls by the end of next week. At least that is the hope.

Nathan, sorry to hijack this thread, but i've a suggestion:
Denmark, France, Israel, Spain! I believe all these countries support the PAL tv system, so either all the software you sold works OK on PAL machines, or -rather a rare occasion- all interested parties have an NTSC Commodore at hand!
Thus, it would be both helpful for potential buyers, and interesting for all of us if we found out that yes, these actually work on a PAL machine..
My uber-past experience tells me that back in '87 i had Elite sent to me from Greece (PAL) while serving in the States, and my NTSC C64 would simply not coexist! :)

@cubelindo - Payment received and games shipped. Please let me know when you receive them?

@salaxi54 - I unfortunately have no way of confirming that the software works on a PAL system myself. If possible could someone whom has purchased software check and see if the game they purchased works? I would be very appreciative on a solid confirmation of functionality or not.

@Skilgannon - I thought I did have this one set up right, with it listed in my subscribed threads. I still do not receive notifications of thread updates. It's strange. Two other threads I am subscribed to work perfectly now though.

Games received today. Everything perfect. I cannot stress enough how attentive and helpful Natahnieltolbert is :thumbsup:

Hello, I will dig them out and find out for you. Just to give a heads up though, July 6,7, and 8 is the gaming convention called Kantcon that my friends and I run, so all of this coming week after the 3rd I will be unavailable. I will respond as soon as I have the time and ability to. I will invariably be dead by Sunday, the 8th.

Sorry for the delay. I will get the box out of storage here this afternoon and get the software you are interested out. If it's opened I will test it to confirm that it is still functioning.

Regards,

Nathan
