Sorry ZippySticks - I don't think I ever received a notification of your post. For pics you can search eBay for C64x and see my listing there which has pics of the units in general:

Otherwise PM me and I can send you pics. If anyone wants pics of the specific box they'll get send me a PM and I will get you pics and hold that box for a couple days. If you are not ready to buy please don't ask for pics because I can't hold a unit for you for long.

I did reply to the PM from Mord and did ship a unit to MoreBITS.


FYI, I have 6 complete C64x barebones left with retail box and foam inserts. The boxes left are a bit more water damaged than the ones I shipped earlier, but are still in pretty good shape.

Once these 6 are gone I have a few more with retail boxes but without the foam inserts, then I'll have some units without any retail boxes or inserts at all.

On the plus side I have been able to obtain some of the drive brackets needed to mount the optical drive and hard drive/SSD in a C64x. All future C64x units will have this bracket included at no additional charge.

If you are interested in a unit, especially with retail box and foam inserts, please let me know ASAP. Price is $260 + shipping.

FYI, I am completely out of units with the styrofoam inserts for the retail boxes.


I still have 6 units left with retail boxes (but no fitted foam inserts).


After that I'll have a few more without any boxes.


I always ship the best boxes first, so the ones left are getting worse in condition.
