Closed CD1300 NTSC Genlock (CD1301 maybe)

Looking for the CDTV Genlock card (CD1300 for NTSC)
if CD1301 works with Svideo out to US TV (?) I am ok with this too.

I have one but its caps leaked, leading to a an annoying flicker on startscreen...
therefore looking for a new one, or replace my old ones caps.

Does anyone know what caps are used for this ? couldn't find any schematics
