Have a CD32 that I'm trying to repair. It fails chip RAM test with diagrom so chasing a set of 4 x 512kx8-Bit dynamic RAM 28pin SOP to suit.
 
Try replacing the buffer IC at U35 first as that can go bad, it is a 74F373
 
Yes I have swapped that one out already. A bit of freeze spray over the ram ic and I'm getting different results as well.
 
Ok, yeah looks like you have some bad ram them :( good luck in your search
