Closed CDTV Joystick/Mouse Adapter

I accidently snapped a few of the legs off my CDTV Joyport adapter, not having the patience or kit to solder a new socket on, does anyone have a spare CDTV Joyport adapter? It's the one that fits internally and has the two ribbon extensions. I only need the board.
