All items are sold as described
Case Assembly
- Case (appears that it got a new finish)
- Front panel (fully working but some kind of “scratches” – the – see picture. Looks like the matt finish is missing there)
- Power supply (working, voltages fine)
- CD mounting frame
- Additional rear cover for the SCSI-Port, including screws
- Additional front card-slot module (untested)
- All screws I am able to locate
CD Drive
- Does not read discs reliably
- Spins in both directions but stops after a few seconds
- likely requires laser adjustment?
- cables included, but no caddy
Mainboard #1
- Revision 2.2.1
- Intermittent operation: rarely works, mostly non-functional: Occasionally boots after removing and reinserting the ROMs, but fails again after some time even when you don’t touch it. Inspected by a friend, who suspected a bad solder joint. Board has been recapped.
- Front panel connectors from sordan.ie
- Sold as defective for parts / repair
- No socketed chips (see below)
Mainboard #2
- Revision 2.2B
- Previously operational, but always rebooted after a few minutes of runtime
- Sold as defective, for parts / repair, part LI is missing (2 pin coil inductor 100 uH - easy to get)
- Front panel connectors from sordan.ie
- No socketed chips (see below)
Shielding plate
Only one shielding plate comes with the bundle, but I think I should have another one. If I find it I throw it in.
