I think the stock may have finally just dried up. Most shops don't have them in stock anymore, and Individual Computers limits them to only people who also buy a Chameleon.
It requires that you also purchase a chameleon for 180 euro. I did actually consider buying a chameleon just so i can get the remote for 20 euros. It's insane how some people try to make profit from this, used to be 15-25 euros a few years ago. I bought a chameleon from vesalia in 2016 with the CDTV remote - regret selling it now lol :L)
I can sell you one for 35 euros, it is missing the back cover but it is functional. I bought it as a spare but never really need to use it.

Yes, i actually have one too, but it's totally busted with leakage and doesn't work - so i can probably take my back cover from that one on yours. Just need to figure out if I can avoid the customs+vat+handling fee here from package in UK - which adds 25 punds. Just received the CDTVTGB2 and had to pay additional 25 punds, mainly handling. Wonder if it's marked as gift. Simply unfair that these used items get charged, the VAT was already paid by the original private purchaser back in the 90's 
Yeah it savage in Denmark for customs we are kinda lucky in the UK we have a bit of a waiver I think it something like £135 for us but I believe this is value & includes the postage cost
Only if you buy a chameleon with it you can buy them on their own
