Closed cheap30/32GB 2.5" SSD

As the title says, I'm looking for a cheap 30GB SSD, preferably not OCZ. Has to be normal SATA, 2.5". Target price is < 1€ per GB.

Needed for a SS7 build running Windows 98SE.

hi whats wrong with the ocz brand as i have 2 120s and 1 60 and 1 100gb working fine in my machines

pcworld was selling rectified 60s and 100s cheap

When I was buying an SSD over a year ago, OCZ had disastrous quality - product reviews at newegg were FULL of peope whose OCZ SSD died within a year. Compared to Corsair and Samsung the percentage was much lower in favor of the latter.

Yeah, OCZ had some really bad models. Vertex 2 was maybe one of the worst. Their RevoDrives didn't fare well either.

Edit: Just noticed that this thread was quite old.. Oh well.

You may want to change it to "FOUND" then so it can be put in the FOUND area.
