So one of my xmas presents to myself arrived on the 23rd and it's damaged, I can fix it but it's still a pain in the butt. The bubble wrap didn't cover two ports on the board, and the postal service managed to dent in that corner of the box, with matching port shaped dents on the inside of the box.

Gotten from a dealer, just via ebay as he had some on special there, would have bought off him directly if I could get the same price.
Can't get him to reply to ebay messages, can't open paypal case as their
resolution script is throwing 500 internet server errors.
Not sure how to deal with not cheesing the dealer off as I have other stuff I want to buy from him, while getting some money back for the repairs to the board.
icard why can't people at least put up a notice when their on holiday, I can't tell if he's ignoring me or not in the office to read his email. Only bright side is I at least have his email/postal address and phone number, being on the other side of the world those last 2 aren't as much use to me.
