I think the open EPROM window is the issue
That's news to me! I read about it now and it's something that can indeed cause the display issues. It needs reprogramming right? It's not something I can do unfortunately.
Still available.

Declaring interest.
I recently bought an EPROM programmer. So this will be a nice research project for me :) And plus, if I can fix it, I can use it in one of my retro rigs. Fingers crossed 🤞

Card arrived safe and sound :thumbsup2: Just left positive feedback.

In case anyone is interested: The card is broken, unfortunately... I burned a new EPROM, which actually initializes the card correctly, but the output is still totally blue-ish, like in the picture above. In other words, the open EPROM window is (was) not the problem.

Did lots of measurements, removed and replaced components, etc. but in the end, my guess is that the built-in DAC is kaputt. What I didn't notice at first is that there is (was) a burnt resistor - see R12 in the picture above.

Whatever caused this, it probably sent too much current into the DAC and now it has had it... While the blue output still measures correctly against ground, red and green have way too low Ohm values against ground. But it was worth a try anyway...

Thank you for the positive feedback. I reciprocated. Ah man, it sucks it didn't work out. I failed to notice the burnt resistor as well. I hope it was at least a bit useful as a constructive way to pass the time you used!
