C128 in very nice shape, with very little yellowing (mostly across the rear bottom part of the case). The only noticeable defect is an irregular scratch above the keyboard (see pic; I've actually tried to make it stand out as much possible--it looks far less visible under normal circumstances). It's been fitted with JiffyDOS; the switch is mounted on the back, next to the Expansion Port.
Both the computer and the power supply are, of course, completely functional. All bits and pieces are there, down to the last screw. No software or documentation, though.
The box has clearly seen better times. The previous owner seems to have been a big fan of brown packing tape--there are bits of tape and adhesive residue all over. Despite all the wear it still holds its shape pretty well. The styrofoam inserts are there, but the PSU box is missing.
