I assume there is no pal/ntsc difference on this chip as I have a PAL machine?
I definitely want it if it works in the PAL flat 128

Do you have the 8566 (VIC-II) as well? Does this chip need to be pal/ntsc?

Sorry I do not have the 8566. The 8566 is for PAL NTSC systems need the 8564.
