Closed Commodore 1541 floppy drive

Selling floppydrive Commodore 154.
I'm selling it as not-working, because I can't manage to make it work.
The issue: it turns on normally, the red led turns of as it should be, when turning on C64 the drive initializes as it should, but at the command LOAD, the SEARCHING appears, but not the LOADING.
As you can see from the photo, the board is quite entirely socketed, big chips and small ICs.

Try using the commands:

LOAD "$",8
LIST

That should show the directory of the Inserted floppy disk

If you just use the command LOAD then it tries to load from tape, not the disk drive.
