Commodore 1572

As my username suggests, one of my favourite Commodore items is the 1572 dual disk drive. Currently I'm preparing a small web page about it.
I'm looking for any kind of information about the 1572. I know that it was a prototype that basically consisted of two 1571. According to the magazine Commodore World three units were produced. Also, I've read that problems with the power supply and DOS code bugs were the reason why the 1572 never was produced.
Does anybody know about 1572s that still exist? Does anybody have photos?

Seems quite simple to design the 1572. Just take two 1571's, put them in one box, double the power of the PSU, perhaps add some extra disk copy functions and away you go. I think the market for such a product would have been small though. Single drives were expensive enough.
