Actually I might have one already - I'm trying to confirm, as in that case I will step back and let someone else take one in more need.
However mine says MOS 8360 only (no R1 or R2 written) and under: "2087 22". Can anyone confirm that it's a TED chip? (I don't have time to test right now..

The only MOS8360 I know of is the Plus 4 TED. IC part numbers usually have something to differentiate them from those produced by other manufacturers (a MOS6526 is nothing like a UM6526P1, for instance). If the similar part numbers are by the same manufacturer then you can pretty much guarantee they're the same part, just maybe a slightly different variant.
I believe that the R1 and R2 variants are interchangeable in a Plus 4. It looks like the one you have is probably one of the earliest version of the MOS8360 - the R0. My guess is it'll work just the same.
However, there are always reasons for new revisions. Often either to fix bugs in the hardware or something like overheating issues.

I pinched the CPU for the C16 from my Plus/4 now that I've upgraded my 16 upto 64K but I still need to replace the CPU in the Plus/4.
