the pcb board measures 3.5cm by 2.9cm..im not sure about SID2SID Dimensions.

And yes SwinSID will play with MSSIAH/SID2SID since its a SID Replecement.

hmm well it depends on how the board & connecting pins are located. here's a pic of the sid2sid board as you can see the 2 sids are pretty close together

I cant guarantee you it will fit exackly, you might have to trim the PCB sides a little on SwinSIds. The SwinSId is a tight fit on a 128D, so I use a Dremel and small 2-3 swipes off the PCB Board and fits. You talking 2-3 mm.
It fits perfect on 64,64C,128
