I have tried to contact dean7878 multiple times since May 16th (the day I sent my paypal payment for an order of 4 CIA chips for C64) and I have received no response. I tried reaching out via email and pm/forum.

dean7878 seems to daily log into the forum, and even post new messages, yet fails to answer my queries, which concerns me.

I am giving dean7878 until Monday to respond at which point I will initiate a paypal dispute process.

Quick update on resolution to my dispute...

PayPal resolution awarded in my favor. No response from seller at all to myself or PayPal (yet the seller keeps logging in to this site regularly)...
