I have assy 326298. Do you need all the chips on the board?

will I need that kind of card, that of c64 silver, I need with all the original chip (chip VIC II ceramic and ceramic SID sound chip), the ceramic sid is rare if you own it and better than the standard otherwise fine .
If you have to complete all the C64?
