I trust you can get a calculator out..

If I were wearing your shoe, I would go for the withou C64 psu and pay for a ATX to C64 cable and solder the 9vAC coil youselff, for 25 eu someone will make the cable on here and save you a lot of trouble, I am willing to ship a C64 cable as well..
