Commodore A2065 Ethernet PAL

The Commodore A2065 ethernet card I have is missing IC U17. It is a programmable IC (PAL20L8A) and unfortunately I can't find its content (jedec file) online.
I can borrow another A2065 card from a friend of mine to make a copy of his U17 IC. And I have found a company that can do that for me but only when it's not secured. Does anyone know if there is a good chance that this IC is protected?

Or maybe someone does have a broken A2065 that I can buy? Or maybe someone does have a A2065 and can make a jedec file for me? I pay for it of course. Any other solution is welcome!

I tried to read these. They're not exactly the most common PALs. No luck so far with my GALEP5. The Chiptester Pro v2 got something out but the file format is raw pin values.

I'm gonna give the brutus28 a try (https://github.com/cdhooper/brutus28) but that will have to be another day

I came into contact with Stéphane from chipitos.be. He managed to read the PAL IC! The IC had no copy protection.
