Sold Commodore A3640 68040 CPU board

Selling an original A3640 CPU board by Commodore (68040 at 25Mhz), to be used in the A4000 (or A3000 albeit picky).
Board is recapped and is the latest version (3.2). Comes from Amiga Technologies production.

Doesn't the 3.2 update require a new PAL? None of these look to have been replaced so is this a 3.1 or 3.2 revision?

Amiga technologies fitted the rev -3 pal from factory, this board has the rev -3 version, making it a rev 3.2. Confusing enough? ?
