You cannot FORCE a seller to describe an item to your taste and/or provide any description or proof about an item for you. Especially since you haven't even declared interest.

It's up to the buyer to make an informed decision about a purchase, based on the description and pictures. However, you are welcome to REQUEST the seller for more information.

If you are uncertain about an item, and the seller does not provide the information, then you can simply not declare interest or withdraw it.

But I'm sure a mod will be around soon to make a ruling on this.

The seller does not have to show the machine working, unless he wants to, however, it does have to be received working as stated.
