Wanted Commodore Amiga CDTV’s SANYO front display controller chip, separately or together with a motherboard/chassis

Hello, I’m looking for a display controller chip for Commodore CDTV, C= part number 252608-01, branded SANYO LC6554H-4615. I will consider buying the whole motherboard/unit as a donor, too. Please have mercy with the price though, a friend of mine is helping me bring back my long missed “friend” back to life, and it has already cost me some nerves…

Case Assembly
- Case (appears that it got a new finish)
- Front panel (fully working but some kind of “scratches” – the – see picture. Looks like the matt finish is missing there)
- Power supply (working, voltages fine)
- CD mounting frame
- Additional rear cover for the SCSI-Port, including screws
- Additional front card-slot module (untested)
- All screws I am able to locate

CD Drive
- Does not read discs reliably
- Spins in both directions but stops after a few seconds
- likely requires laser adjustment?
- cables...
