I have this CDTV that I can no longer restart after cleaning

As I am not an expert and don't have time for this, I am selling it for parts.

The screen flashes green.

Diagrom chip supplied as ROM.

The CDTV was not originally sold with a keyboard & mouse they were sold as extras so they are not as common as the machine itself
