Yes change the device id. Some programs might require to be loaded from device 8 using a real 1541 (or "more" real than the emulation c64sd provides), so you might need later to switch back and forth ids.

I used the cbmcommand program to copy the images to disks. On manosoft.it there is a download section, from there the file "Original Package for SD - C64SD-V2.0-04-2012" (~110MB) contains everything (fastloader, browser, some games and utility) to get started.

Hi Akira, in fact I dont know... I just bought one device of C64 Infinity for my own... If i join a group batch will need to pay 2 times the postage costs... One to the guy who organizes the group buy, and another postage from him to me. I live in Portugal, so the profit of group buy will be lost on postage to here.
