For sale is here a Commodore CDTV Flash Memory.

It's tested and working.

I don't know a price (nobody has sell it), so I set it to 100€.

what it is for?

I mean what does it do.

You can flash any rom images into the both custom roms of the CDTV.
This was good for development, so you don't have to burn and change the roms outside of the machine.
Commodore has any of this used in consumer CDTVs, for easyer upgrading the rom version, but it was never used / supported official.
You also need pins on CN29 for using it.
