I am selling my Commodore CDTV (main unit) in good working order. Asking for 90 Euro + shipping to your country.

Nearly 2 weeks later and I've received nothing. I have sent Budgie a PM but as yet no reply. If anyone knows Budgie (matthias) outside of Amibay, then could you let him know that I want to contact him.

Should I be worried :unsure:

I'm rapidly losing patitience with you. Your communication on this trade is appaling. Either you haven't posted the CDTV, or you are not interested now you have my money.

If you have posted it then provide me with the tracking information.

If the parcel is lost then contact your post office and make a claim.

Either sort this problem out or refund my money. :mad::mad:

If you paid via paypal, try contacting him directly through that email address. I've found that to work in the past.

@Arnie, I would suggest that you start a claim on PayPal as soon as possible.
 
Arnie, just some info for you.

If you paid with Paypal via a Visa Credit or Debit card you're covered under the Visa Chargeback Scheme (citing Section 75). Also works with MasterCard too...

This applies to 'where goods are not delivered' amongst other scenarios.

The amount does not matter - I've recently used it to get back £12 from a company over the pond that failed to deliver goods :) There are online sources stating it has to be more than £100 but this is not the case.

If Paypal fail to deliver then just contact your bank. You have upto 120 days to file a claim under Section 75.

It appears that the CDTV is finally on route and tracking information has been provided to Arnie.
 
The user, Budgie has had his account frozen pending investigation. Please advise us when your items have arrived.

If they have failed to arrive, then I suggest that you initiate means to reclaim your funds via whichever method you paid with.

CDTV arrived yesterday. Or was I dreaming? Nope just checked and it definitely arrived :p
