dead,presumed power failure,fixed the supply to find out the tube is bad,i seen a flash inside the tube before it shut down,
possibly went to air,or its shorted
and it does the same exact thing every time

so thats the end of that of that one,its turning into a pretty depressing thread

I hear to repair monitors?

I’ve an Amiga one that’s had a new flyback and switch fitted, but it seems to be dead!

Is this something you could take a look at please?

And where are you based?

Roy is based in Birmingham I would suggest adding some picture of the monitor in question so he can see serial numbers and make/model
