@finnr

I usually use the "all new trading posts" link so I don't miss anything :) But moderators: feel free to put this into the Commodore section.

I have now shipped finnr and botialoach's units.

Hi, can this be used with nibtools? and if not is there any plans to add that functionality? I'm aware zoomfloppy does this already although a simple usb connection is more attractive than modding a 15x1 with a parallel cable :)

@plonkor

This is a cut-down version of the ZoomFloppy and uses exactly the same firmware, so as long as nibtools do not rely on any part of the hardware that has been left out, I would imagine so. I have not tried, though.

Neither ZoomFloppy nor this mini version are my designs - I just got some boards made and put these kits together :)

Mine was received today, many thanks! Feedback left. :)

@soeter, Adix, Merlin

Excellent, hopefully they will serve you guys well :)

Thanks for the response.

Would anyone who's received theres be able to test with nibtools and a protected original and post results?

Not parallel, so not on 1541. It has the SRQ line connected, so it might work with that mode on 1571, but untested. SRQ doesn't work with all 1571's anyway, or all IEC cables.

Answered all current private messages, thanks for the continued interest guys!

I also updated the first post with what I have left in stock, just built a few more devices today. I haven't got all the parts to make any more for now, so once these are gone only the partial kits will be available. I may consider ordering more of the missing (expensive) parts if there is demand for it but no guarantees!

@catclou

Got my private message? If you can't use PMs yet, make a post in the introductions section or somewhere - I think there is a limit of a few posts before all the messaging options become active.
