Up for sale is an NTSC (US) Commodore Plus/4 home computer in its original box with two manuals, power supply, and 5-pin audio/video cable (composite NTSC with mono audio).

I received this computer in exactly this condition, it is pristine. It is very clean, and probably spent most of it's 30+ years sitting in this box.

I have subjected this computer to a comprehensive series of tests with the Diag264 software, and as you can see in the included screenshot, they were completely successful. I have also thoroughly tested the power supply, and it is also operating within spec. This is a U.S. (110 volt) power supply.

The price is US$70 plus shipping costs (from California) plus paypal fees. This item is also available for sale elsewhere.

Interested, can you give me a shipping quote to Germany please?

Hello,

I don't know the exact size/weight of the final box because I haven't packed it for shipping yet, but I ran a quote with the post office with approximate values and it gave me $74.20. This should be pretty close. I think UPS and Fedex will charge even more.

I totally understand. I don't know why it's so expensive to ship stuff from here to Europe. It seems cheaper going the other way; I've bought things from people in the UK and it wasn't this expensive.

Regarding the global shipping program, I don't think there's any way to use that without conducting the sale through ebay as well. I do have it for sale on ebay (auction #122364747972) so you could check it out there and see their shipping price with the GSP.

Maybe it's cheaper coming from the east coast, because it will have to cross the whole US from here. The plus/4 box and contents weigh 9.5 pounds. I think I estimated 12 pounds total including a bigger box to put this in, and packing material. Maybe it will be a little less than this but not much. I recently bought an A600 with PSU shipped from the UK and it was about $50 for a 12 pound package.
