For Sale: Vintage Computer – AM386 DX-40 + 3C87-40


Specifications:

• CPU: AM386 DX-40 + 3C87-40
• GPU: Tseng Labs ET4000AX (1MB)
• HDD: Quantum (model unknown)
• RAM: 8MB

Condition:

• The computer powers on and successfully completes the POST.
• During initial testing, I was able to access the BIOS despite a "KB/Interface error" message during POST.
• However, upon retesting a few days later, a "Keyboard error" was displayed, and the keyboard stopped responding, preventing BIOS access.
• The system is quite loud, likely due to the power supply fan, though I cannot confirm this as I only recall the noise during testing.
