Hi folks,

I'm after one of the Creative Digital Output Modules meant to interface with the CT4760 version of the Sound Blaster Live!. This "CT4801" model was apparently released only in Europe, and is differentiated from the green (CT4800) and white (SB0002), "I/O" versions, by featuring yellow faceplate coloration, and for having only digital outputs.

I'm willing to pay $50 + shipping for one (in good condition), or can offer all three of the items pictured below as trade - the Roland MPU-IPC pairing, and the Ad Lib MSC and Game Blaster cards. Tell all your friends! :)

Wish I had one for you. These output modules are definitely nice. I have the CT4800 for my SB that I plan on putting in my old Win98 PC. Good luck with the search!

yeah, I had a look on local sale sites, nothing like that on sale... tbh that's the first time I see that breakout device
 
I certainly appreciate the help, even if it's just keeping an eye out.


Also, I'm now offering all three items mentioned in exchange for a single CT4801 module. This certainly won't make it any easier to come by, unfortunately, but might make the effort more worthwhile for those interested.

I've found a guy locally who owns a CT4760 model, contacted him and asked him to search for the cable. Fingers crossed.
 
I'm guessing you really do need the two outputs of each type, optical and coaxial.

I had a look at the asian website you took the pics from, and it's possible to order from there... I think. Would you like me to test the waters?
