No idea why he posts country of origin as he evidently ships from UK. Cards are made in Singapore but this isn't relevant in the customs. It only matters where it ships from. So from UK there would be at least VAT on the goods and shipping cost.
That's correct. On the customs form you have to declare the country of origin. But as this is used item it doesn't matter. It was already imported to your country long time ago. Now the customs just adds VAT to the total amount. So importing even used goods can get expensive in the end
