RAL7044(ripple/textured finish) possible at additional cost. It's very close to original A4000D colour.

Am watching Chris Edwards unbox your case with the top clear window, and wondered if you can fashion a metal slot cover ?
It would be from a 3d file, for the GBAPII card, as plastic ones bend too easily and break.

Do you need this bracket (see pic)?
If yes I can not help at this moment. I think I saw it some time ago on one of German Amiga shops. Maybe someone will point you to right place.

Oh I would so love one of these cases for my backup board! (I'd need to buy a daughterboard, too). Alas it is more money than I can expend on such things currently, but maybe in the future! (Chris' video was a glowing A** report!)

Yes, I contacted powder coating shop and they have RAL7035 fine texture/matt. I will cost a bit more to do just one unit. Are you interested in plain top or windowed? Laser cut is already done and should have folded parts before Christmas. Will send for powder coating after New Year.
I updated design a bit again, full opening on the back now for 60mm fan, detachable Zorro/PCI holder. Please see attached photo. Can provide 3d renders if not clear.
