MKIII:
+Much faster memory and scsi.
+No funky add ons - just one card that does it all.
+Fits perfectly in a 3000D.
-They are extremely fragile.
-Sockets will need to be reballed.
-If you over clock them you will kill them.
MKII:
+Much hardier than the MKIII.
+Can over clock them.
-Memory access speeds even with OC are bad.
-Add ons will not fit in a 3000D.
-Even if you over clock them they don't perform that well..
Conclusion:
Buy a Warp Engine, put an 060 on it, and overclock the heck out of it. Will perform very well and work like a tank.
