Closed Dead Apollo 1260

just putting the question out there.

I have a dead Apollo 1260/50 - 32mb Ram (was running at 66) trade/swap against 030/50 or 040
mask 01G65V

The card was in storage for over 10yrs and the battery has eaten too much of the tracks to do an effective repair.(Sent to TheCorfiot)

He has removed the Battery
Cleaned up the PCB
Replaced the Mach socket
generally checked all points.
checked ROM
checked Voltage Regulator
downgraded to 040 to rule out CPU

Because these cards are multi layered and no schematics the card has been given up on (He tried everything)


I cannot be 100% but I believe the chips are ok,
XC68060RC50A was stable at 66mhz
ROM has been checked ok
Voltage Regulator checked ok
MACH131 not tested
32mb simm checked ok

Bas has the card atm, I could ask him to photo it but hes already spent a lot of time trying to rescue the card for me. I'll ask if he can post photos here of it.

Bas is very busy atm, he will send me the card back when he can.

Possible trade with Milo as and when I receive the 1260 back.
