Here is a completely dead Commodore 16.
I got this off the bay for just the 8501 CPU, to fix one of my own C16 machines. This was in such a bad state I was amazed the CPU still worked, even the TED worked.

Upon testing, there is no sign of life whatsoever. I only dabble in amateur electronics, so I'm no expert for things like this.
There is no sign of damp/moisture damage, just years of storage (Loft ?) dirt.
A couple of top-row keys have broken off, this is how it arrived to me.

There is no CPU in the machine. I left the TED chip in there since that may be of use to anyone. So just the C16 only.

If anyone wants this you can have it for just the cost of postage, preferably UK only since the cost of EU postage would be more than the worth of the machine.

Just to update.
Kasabian has sent a PM. Just waiting for me to get prices for 1st and 2nd class postage from my local post office.
Parcel will be the C16, wrapped in bubblewrap, and put in a small cardboard box. 2nd class postage should be less than £3 tops with Royal Mail.

Well, it looks like I was completely wrong. Prices are seriously mental. I just sent one of the C16/Plus4 8501 CPUs via 1st class post and it was tiny, cost me £3.25.
I had the C16 weighed in a box and on it's own, and here is what the lady wrote down for me.

That first price is Parcel Force 48, second class postage to UK mainland. Nuts. The second one is 1st class tracked. Without any protection, the C16 on it's own was only £1.65 cheaper and that is without any packaging.
I can get a Hermes quote but will require post code to send to. Also note, this is UK only. It is simply not worth the price and hassle of posting to the EU.
