sorry but I missed your request

You can use the cartridge on both (C64 / C128) .. but in C128 mode I don't remember exactly how much it allows you to find the fault. You will have to look in my old manuals because I remember that something was written about it ... or maybe someone here can already help us

I don't get how this cartidge works, and can't find your manual (where is your web? the ebay page written in the board at ebay is not working and I don't see any other link)
The information about faulty componntes is shown in the screen, but only if the video part of the c128 works, is this right? if the c128 is not booting up and not showing anything, is this board able to output any info?

If you could also send a link to download your manual and checkout how it works, that would be wonderful
