Overnight, I have tested it again on A1200 with ZIV busboard and delfina.library versions: 4.14, 4.16B3, 4.16B3 patch 1, 4.16 patch 2, 4.16B27, 4.16B43 and 4.16B48. Still the same...
 
Ok, that Delfina-415.lha contains delfina.library 4.14 I have tested overnight. So, if someone have a Delfina Lite and can send me delfina.library that works with it, I will be grateful.

I have tried delfinit and delfinit nopatch.

The newest AHI installed from aminet.

Generally speaking, you should not use newest AHI with real aka, not emulated Amigas. 4.18 is much faster and stable than newer versions.
 
Thanks for all advices. I tried AHI 4.18 with delfina.library 4.14 on A1200 and still the same. I will try the same on A4000 over weekend.

There is something interesting. After that you told me I am not supposed to use newest AHI on real AMIGAs, I have reinstalled version 4.18 on one of my amiga with mediator. AmigaAMP was playing mp3 ok, but BigiBoosterPro was playing only one channel on all mods. So I have reinstalled back the newest version of AHI and everything back to normal. I have to check the same on another amiga with zorro and toccata.
 
Ok, yesterday I tried it on a4000, AHI 4.18 and delfina.library 4.14. Still the same. At this moment I'm giving up. Mayby I'll come back to it later in the future.

I have a few systems to test it on (A2K, A4K, & A4KT), I also have an 1200 with a Zorro bus board too, if I get it working I can take you through my OS Settings if not you haven't lost out to much, just on shipping
 
That is no problem ?. I am on my holidays now. We will sort it out when I come back next week. Do you have your own delfina Lite or Delfina Pro?
 
I do not but I have experience with other AHI sound cards we can chat when your back
