Request Desoldering a plcc 84 pin through

I just need some guidance here
I got an indivision aga mk3 and the plcc socket was bad. I could not get all colors from the hdmi. If I was puting some strenth I could see a nice pic
After this I got some nice quality plcc and I was about to desolder the bad one but to my surprise it was more difficult that I initially expected
I used a heat gun, I put flux, I used vaccum from a solder iron (it is like a solder iron) and this socket does not want to be removed
Do you have any other idea?
I don't have more equipment
How do you do it?

Generally you need to pre-heat the board for a good number of minutes with something like https://www.newark.com/metcal/pct-100-11/convection-preheater/dp/51M4853 - this reduces the temperature delta between the PCB and the hot air, making it much easier to desolder. In the absence of that, you could try something like https://exxosforum.co.uk/atari/last/removal/index.htm - just be very careful not to pull a pad.

I understand the first approach but the second is a bit aggressive for me.

The first is the way to go! You may might find a phone repair store has the tools, I guess.
