hi , for z2 and z3 it goes automatic , when the card goes into a a2000 then the lan runs automatic on zorro 2 and when the card goed into the 3000/4000 the lan runs automatic on zorro 3 , the clpd got the lasteds z2/z3 software , the jumpers on the board are only for booting from ide and turn ide on/off

Have tried the network driver provided and no problems Will play with IDE and CP later.
