Disappointed with AmigaKit

I've purchased a MAS Player (in stock) from AmigaKit on 01 March, 2012 and the order is still awaiting processing, so I used their support ticket system last saturday and asked if there was something wrong.

The ticket was closed and I'm still waiting for ANY information. The order is still awaiting processing.

I know for a fact that AmigaKit has always given good support to the Amiga community and their customers and is one of the best places to buy Amiga gear. I just feel dissapointed having bought and paid for an item a month ago and still have to battle for any info. :dry:

I wonder if any of you ever experienced a similar issue buying from them?

No ones perfect, we try but some times 101% is all we got.....
and as long as everything is fine I am sure they will get it sorted to everyone's satisfaction
 
maybe they are out of stock and are waiting for an "any Moment" shipment. Hey it happens. I just got my Indivision ECS today,and I had to wait almost a week before they picked and processed it. They probably are a bit behind and possibly short handed.
I wouldn't worry at all about it, I have done tons of business with them and they never disappoint, just give them time.
 
The Mas Players are built by hand by our Technician.

As you can imagine, each unit is very time intensive to assemble. There are about 35 SMD components per board.

He is working through the batch and will despatch yours very shortly.

Not sure at all why the ticket was closed- it is the best way to communicate with us. Please re-open it and we will give you more details.

OK, I have just checked the ticket and found that you closed it the exact time that you opened it.

So you must have clicked the close button by accident.

If you close the ticket, we cannot see it and we cannot respond.

It is best to use tickets to communicate with us rather than public forums. Please re-open it.

I sorry, I never got that e-mail, but I wasn't worried, I just figured you were waiting for a few more A1000 adapters to come in.
I am very patient when it comes to you and your stuff.

We sent two emails from deliveries [at] amigakit.com but had no reply regarding package tracking. Please check your spam filter.

I've ordered many items from AmigaKit; sometimes the picking and delivering process is a little slower than I'd like, but the shipment has always arrived in the end.

How many stores can you rant on a message board that is not owned by the company, and then get detailed help by the support?
