I've purchased a MAS Player (in stock) from AmigaKit on 01 March, 2012 and the order is still awaiting processing, so I used their support ticket system last saturday and asked if there was something wrong.
The ticket was closed and I'm still waiting for ANY information. The order is still awaiting processing.
I know for a fact that AmigaKit has always given good support to the Amiga community and their customers and is one of the best places to buy Amiga gear. I just feel dissapointed having bought and paid for an item a month ago and still have to battle for any info. :dry:
I wonder if any of you ever experienced a similar issue buying from them?
