The A1200 and A4000D tower kits are pretty rare and a lot are showing signs of wear these days. I was wondering if anyone had made a DIY tower kit that works with the motherboard, accelerator, add-ons, pci/zorro/etc cards, clockport cards, or whatever else one may find in one of these computers? Is there a way we can (as a community) come together and build some retro-fit kit or something, or maybe just have a boilerplate type of schematic for cutting custom backings, screw hole placement, etc? I just don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a tower kit that is in questionable shape.

You will find there a backplate with dimensions. And When You're creative then You'll change dimensions of this plate that will fit to Your PC Tower case... I'm doing something similar but for A600.
