DKB 1202 Ram Exp. not working

I have a A1200 with a DKB 1202 ram board, it appears its fauly or maybe just the memory simms. Does this board require a install disk? or should the memory autoconfig?

Any help would be great.

That Board does autoconfig indeed, check the jumper settings have been set correctly for the RAM you have fitted...

Trying some different Simms may also help

Dead right mate, played with jumper settings and now i have 4mb fast ram.
There were no jumpers on the board.

no jumper is for 8 mega (2 simm of 4 mega)

Thought i would update a few posts, my DKB 1202 is now giving me 8mb's of ram (no jumpers). The problem was one of the ram sticks wasn't seating properly due to one of the plastic wings not holding the RAM in placeoh:
