I just HAD to air this.
I am sure we have all had our share of dodgy eBay sellers. You know the ones - two weeks after you have purchased and paid for an item they decide to post it AFTER you message them asking why it is not marked posted on eBay... or they send your expensive, fragile item in a paper bag with a few round of sticky tape wrapped around... or the ones that flat out REFUSE to respond to messages until the moment you open a PayPal claim then they suddenly are very talkative, usually saying they have a problem with their eBay messaging and never received your messages... I could go on... and since this is Amirant I will.
I just wasted almost FIVE WEEKS trying to get a seller to SEND THE ITEMS I PURCHASED. I got a great story about a home invasion, not receiving my messages, postal service losing the package (which is quite humorous considering the tracking number shows the package was booked, but never actually dropped off to the postal service). PayPal is now refunding me, however I have still wasted all that time and experienced considerable aggravation. This got me thinking, could we have a list of sellers to avoid? That way only ONE of us has to suffer for the benefit of all.
The first seller I would like add to this list is the time waster that owes me 33 days! - shame on you! You are a dishonest and crooked person and I sincerely hope you realise this.
