Does anyone know Tumbleweed?

Morning all!

Now then, does anyone on the forum know a user called Tumbleweed personally?

The reason I ask is, he paid me for my Epson scanner bundle in July and because it was a gifted payment, there was no postal address in the Paypal notification.

I've tried PM'ing him various times and directly emailing but to no avail.

Can anyone help out with contacting him?
