if you required 2 posts so you can "PM" someone,, you shouldn't be "PMing" someone without declaring interest in a thread.

usually

1st post is introduce yourself
2nd post declaring interest in an item or create a wanted thread or discussion in the general/help threads etc.

so there was no need for this thread.
