EAB user sued for making an amiga game

What a crock! If the letter is true, simply a C&D letter seems a more measured response.

According to the first of the screenshots, this is a C&D.

Im not a legal eagle, but that letter seems like some 13 year old wrote it....it seems to try to use legal terminology, but the structure seems all wrong for a well defined legal request. However, being the author of the game in question is Swedish, maybe it is a translated letter not the original?

I'm unsure, but apparently the official paperwork was delivered to his house, too...

it's a C&D with a 'bill' attached (ie: they are 'trying it on' like the riaa/mpaa do...)

it's at the very least borderline extortionate....

tho apparently no one has actually been sued...yet...
