Sold Eagle Tower 4000TE

I'm offering this unique Eagle Tower 4000TE. It can convert your A4000D into an A4000T!

Considering its age, it is in very good condition. A small piece of plastic is missing near the hinge, but this does not affect functionality; the door stays firmly in place and does not fall (see photo).

I always try to test the items I sell as thoroughly as possible, but this time, disassembling my A4000D for testing is not an option. However, the last time it was disassembled, it worked flawlessly.

What I was able to do was insert a few cards into the Zorro and ISA slots, connect an HDD and a floppy drive, and confirm that they all powered up. For example, an ISA LAN card showed LED activity, and the A2088XT successfully spun a 5.25" floppy drive.

The daughterboard has a straightforward design, so I believe everything should still be in working order.

I’ve got a serious suggestion @Umpal and those declared interest:
We should all retreat and give @hese first priority. Maybe later on, the community possibly could profit from him, as it had happened many times before.

I'm assuming @hese is going to reverse engineer it or something like that ?
That would be good, cause Eagle towers are a bit better than the Micronik or Compz towers

These boards are damn rare. It’s the second time I see one for sale in past ten years. And if someone could reverse that or integrate it in future projects, then he’s a favorite.

I didn’t talk to him about this, but he’s interested and I’m sure he’ll use it constructively. For me that’s enough to know. If one productive mate like him wants hands on that, I’m in and agree anyway.

Keeping respect on rules and interest order(@Bartek2075 @AwakeningStar), I can’t see why I shouldn’t tell what I told and I would wish the two others could agree in my attitude.
