EEPROM burning service?

I just bought a Romy 1mb rom board but don't have an EEPROM burner. My question is, would it be legal to ask for a rom burning service if I provide all the files? I wouldn't know where to begin with buying an EEPROM programmer as well as the chips, and would prefer to pay someone with some expertise

Sure. As long as you got the files legitimately.

I guess you do not want them sent from around the world though, or I could do it. Got a Romy as well with 3.9 roms. Lovely little thing.
